RESERVATION, RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations & Payments

To secure a reservation, payment must be made as indicated in the quotation. Once payment is received, the requested date and time are reserved in our schedule, and we begin planning and purchasing the materials required for your decoration.

Cancellations

Due to the nature of our business, all payments are non-refundable.

Once a reservation is confirmed, we allocate time, resources, planning, and materials specifically for your event. In addition, we reserve space in our calendar that could otherwise be offered to other clients. For this reason, no full or partial refunds will be issued in the event of a cancellation by the client.

Rescheduling Requests

Rescheduling requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

We may accommodate a change of date only if we have availability on the newly requested date. Availability is not guaranteed, and Deco Tuloom is under no obligation to provide an alternative date if our schedule is already fully booked.

If the requested new date is unavailable, the original reservation will be considered cancelled and the cancellation policy will apply.

Weather Conditions

Outdoor decorations are subject to weather conditions beyond our control, including rain, wind, humidity, extreme heat, or other environmental factors.

Deco Tuloom is not responsible for damage, movement, deflation, or reduced balloon longevity caused by weather conditions after the decoration has been installed.

Balloon Longevity

Balloon float time and overall longevity may vary depending on temperature, humidity, direct sunlight, air conditioning, transportation, and other environmental conditions.

Helium-filled latex balloons have a limited float time and are not intended to remain floating for several days. Under normal indoor conditions, helium latex balloons typically float for approximately 6 to 8 hours.

For the best experience, we recommend scheduling the installation as close as possible to the time the decoration will be enjoyed.

Acceptance of Terms

By making a payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
